LJF Custom Coatings provides high quality 2 Layer Polyethylene coating. 2LPE combines a robust fusion-bonded epoxy base for excellent adhesion and cathodic disbondment resistance, with a durable polyethylene outer layer for reliable impact and abrasion protection.

What is 2LPE?

A manually sprayed system which consists of an FBE first layer a mixed pass of FBE and PE powder and a final pass of PE powder.  The durable outer layer of the PE provides mechanical protection against impact, abrasion, and handling damage during transportation and installation. It also serves as a barrier against moisture and environmental stresses, helping to preserve the integrity of the FBE base layer.
