LJF Custom Coatings offers two types of rubber coatings, Neoprene and EPDM, both designed to provide superior anti-corrosion performance, excellent mechanical protection, strong adhesion, and long-term flexibility across a wide temperature range. These coatings are especially well suited to Riser Splashzone areas, clamps, guides, internal lining for chemical resistance and being utilised as a thermal heat barrier (EPDM) to reduce interface temperatures between steel substrate and insulation material.

What is Neoprene / EPDM?

Neoprene and EPDM are elastomeric protective coatings long established as extremely effective marine applications to combat the corrosion caused by continuous exposure to oxygenated sea water and wave action.
